We are currently looking for entry level Warehouse Automation Technicians to join our warehouse distribution and customer fulfillment center team in Wilmer, TX located 20 miles south of Dallas, Texas. We are conveniently located right off I-45 at Exit 269.

This job family involves managing and coordinating various aspects of product shipping and handling. This includes warehouse management, customization, direct communication, and material handling.

What will you do?

The Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing warehouse cuts, trailer assignments, and coordinating with carriers, CSO and NATO. The coordinator additionally works to process and continuously keep the line of drivers flowing in and out of thefacility,theyare responsible fordetailedaccuratedata entry and communicating with internal and external customers. They work closely with Yard Drivers, shuttle truck drivers throughout theshiftand audit the Drop Lotmaintaining100% accuracy. In addition, works in partnership with the Operations Pilotsmaintainingoperational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with carriersregardingTrailer Needs/Completed Shipments/Late Inbounds/Late Live Loads/Trailer Issues etc.

  • Schedule Live unload Appointments andassistcarrier partner with changes in appointments/deliveries.

  • Respond to carrier calls/emails (Outlook) and answer any concernsregardingshipments/appointments.

  • Process cuts for our outbound shipments andensurewe adhere to the CRN Network Cut/Ship Policies.

  • Record Maintenance - File/palletize Outbound Bill of Ladings (BOLs), conduct Audits on filed BOLs and T3 reports.

  • Log Overweight's/Cuts/Inbound Discrepancies etc.

  • Work closely with Operations pilots tomaintaindaily operational flow and ESD lead time.

  • Performinglogisticsrelated administrative tasks to drive efficiency and reduction in costs.

  • Check in / Check out shipments using a WMS system.

  • Providing internal and external customer service.

  • Open to flexible workschedulethat can include Holidays, as P&Gremainsopen365 daysa year as an essential business.

  • Flow to the work as needed to meet the businessneed.

  • Crosstrainand flow to the work as needed.

  • Complete safety BOSs and provide/receive feedback respectfully.

Inbound

  • Enter data in toPrIMEfor Receipts arriving at DLFC.

  • Communicate with carrier drivers with scheduled pickups and deliveries.

  • Process Live Load/Unloads shipments.

  • Lot reconciliation.

  • Trailer routing for yard drivers.

  • Communicate with Pilots toassistdrivers with load information.

  • Process Overweight shipments.

  • Receive in pallet inventory.

  • Receive deliveries for all departments in the facility.

  • Coordinate shuttle dispatching and pickup from/to offsitedroplots

  • Seal verification accuracy and adding discrepancies to Seal Log

  • Perform duties as assigned.

Outbound

  • Checking out trailer information fromPrIME

  • BOLs audits

  • Files Orangedroplotsheet and BOLs copies

  • Enter data intologsheet fordepartingshipments.

  • Hazmat placard process

  • Update trailer location for shuttling offsite.

  • Assign corresponding seals to customer shipments.

  • Track all seals request, use, andmaintainaccuratetrailer seals report.

  • Communicate with Security for outbound shipments.

  • Perform other work-relatedtaskand duties as assigned.

Key Decisions:

  • Documentingappropriate reasoncode for Operational cuts.

  • Balancing key metrics within department (CFR / LOT).

  • Balancing Logistics priorities.

  • Coordinating carrier trailer pool strategic moves.

  • Communicating carrier/shipment priorities to Operational Pilot Team.

  • Flexing P&G and Vendor staff based on operational needs.

Role Requirements:

Schedule options include:

  • Fixed Day Shift (6:00AM - 6:30PM)

  • Fixed Night Shift (6:00PM - 6:30AM)
