Job description

The Product Technician is responsible for the installation, manufacturing, upgrading, servicing, and troubleshooting of AGT (Advanced Gaming Technology) products. This role involves tasks related to retrofitting and assembling gaming devices and associated equipment. The technician will diagnose parts and peripherals, provide technical support to internal and external customers, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

Product Assembly and Maintenance:

  • Perform in-shop assembly, maintenance, modification, and overhaul of AGT products and associated equipment according to AGT operation manuals, service guides, and departmental policies.
  • Install, upgrade, configure, diagnose, and conduct final testing of AGT products and gaming devices.

Issue Escalation:

  • Identify and escalate issues or concerns to management that may impact manufacturing processes or cause delays in production.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training to entry-level technicians as necessary.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
  • Report findings and recommendations to supervisors or management.
