Administrative Assistant

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our LATAM Client Services team. This will be a full-time, in-office position.

Wherever there is legalized gambling, jurisdictions have a set of regulations by which manufacturers and operators must adhere to. As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the LATAM Client Services team while working in conjunction with all of our departments to support day-to-day business operations, including drafting and reviewing correspondence, compiling documents, and assisting with research in a fast-paced environment.

This entry-level role provides administrative and operational support to help ensure smooth day-to-day office and team functions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, assisting with travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with translating documents and communications for internal teams and external partners, as needed.
  • Support domestic and international shipping activities using carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
  • Help coordinate travel logistics to ensure timely and accurate arrangements.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Serve as a first point of contact by answering and directing phone calls, responding to basic inquiries, and routing requests to appropriate team members.
  • Provide administrative assistance to local management and team members upon request.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support efficient and organized office operations.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and assist with preparing internal reports.
  • Support invoice review and coordination to ensure accurate client billing.
  • Assist with client onboarding and documentation processes, including internal and external KYC, NDA coordination, and required system updates.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned and perform other related duties as needed.

You will be diligent, communicative, and collaborative. You will own your assigned tasks in a confidential manner. You will be open-minded to new processes and adaptable to change.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English and Spanish sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is required.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.

Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

$22.35 - $24.03/hour

Minimal to no travel involved.
