We are a diverse group of professionals including 3D artists, concept artists, game developers, graphic designers, community moderators, frontend developers, and blockchain developers worldwide, focused on delivering high-quality 3D content and self-publishing our collections, games, and items. Who we are looking for You have 2+ years of work experience or a portfolio demonstrating skills in front-end, back-end, and other languages (Solidity, TypeScript, Python, etc.), with competency in blockchain, smart contracts, and dApps development. Experience creating customer-facing websites with engaging design and functionality. Familiarity with SEO best practices. Skilled in using GitHub and Vercel for development and deployment. Experience with AWS, API hosting/creation, and data manipulation tools (e.g., Redux). Knowledge of Solidity, TypeScript, Python, Vue, Ethereum, blockchains, smart contracts, dApps, Web3. Knowledge of Truffle, GQL, Moralis, Web3js/Ethers.js. Knowledge of blockchain standards such as ERC-721 and ERC-1155. Familiarity with DAO and DeFi concepts. Experience creating stable, efficient tokenomics processes. Experience in blockchain development, including Dapps, GameFi, or related areas. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Deliver tasks promptly with accurate time estimates; write clear, maintainable code with comments; collaborate on product improvement; develop secure, scalable smart contracts and Ethereum solutions. Be an integral part of a full-stack development team on diverse blockchain products; test, document, and conduct code reviews; coordinate across teams to deliver features efficiently. Provide technical expertise in feature development and foresee potential issues; take ownership of extensive areas of web development and complex technologies. Strong coding skills with readable, performant code; excellent debugging and optimization skills; effective written and verbal communication; teamwork; research skills; solid understanding of the software development process; time management and end-to-end software development knowledge. Experience with Truffle or Remix is a plus.
