• Provide services at various levels to execute creative, visually, stunning, front end for web-based application.
• Writing the well-designed, testable, efficient code that can be readily understood by other developers.
• Design and development of Single Paged Applications based on the Client requirements.
• Proficient in React library, React component lifecycle, JavaScript.
• Strong attention in design detail (UI/UX), MVC design pattern and working with NodeJS.
• Discussing with the developer's team to deal with the client requirements.
• Reading Blueprints Send from Customer and assess how to manufacture the parts.
• Review and check drawings of other engineers.
• Develop the Programs using Computer Aided Design (CAD) such as SOLIDWORKS, ANVIL and ESPIRT Software's to manufacture the parts required by the customer.
• Monitor the Manufacturing Process that have been assigned and to check if there is any improvement required such as to decrease the time of production or to reduce the Wastage of materials or to increase production with respect to time allotted.
• To plan and to estimate how the Manufacturing Steps are to made and assigned.
• To check if any new Methods of Manufacturing can be done to improve the quality and quantity of the parts that are required to be made.
• To Prepare the Drawings and layouts required for the Manufacturing Products.
• To operate all Complex Design Software's Such as Solid works, PTC CREO, ANSYS Simulation, CATIA and CAM Software's.
• To Make Drawings with help of Strong Mathematics knowledge in Geometry, Algebra, and calculus and to make the best program for the required product.
• Critical Thinking is required from the Engineers to see all the alternate solutions with the ability to understand all the positive and negative outcomes and to find the most appropriate solution for the required product.
• Mechanical Knowledge in the tools, equipment's and Machinery's used for the manufacturing of Products helps in knowing which tool, method and machine is required for each and every part.
• To understand any new data or product that has been received and to keep on evolving and improving on the different manufacturing products.
• To Prepare Complex Drawings and Methods of Manufacturing with help of Mathematics to calculate and to apply CRITICAL THINKING to achieve the required product for the Manufacturing of Complex Products.
• To Analyze, Understand and Rectify the problem if any from the Drawings.
• To Understand the Convey all information written in writing from the customers.
• To Discuss with Customers Through Emails, Phone Conversation, or face to face of any problems found out during different stages of Manufacturing and to see if any changes or improvements can be made through them.
• Discuss with customers about mistakes of information and if available give customer an adequate alternate method of how to make the part forward.
• Conduct Weekly Discussion with Managers and Technicians face to face to see if any problems arise or if any need for improvement is required with the manufacturing processes.
• Check with Production Control the status of various jobs and to see if anything needs to be rectified or improved through frequent contact by means of emails, or face to face conversation.
• To check if the assigned Manufacturing Process complies with the 5-S step required to be followed by all the employees.
• To Check and Purchase the material required for the parts or to order the items as required.
• To Decide on which step to follow if any problem arises during the production of a part and to minimize the Damage occurred from the mistake.
• Knowledge of Material and their quality can be helpful as if any changes or to see which material the best is to get the best result for the required product.
• Knowledge of Inspection Equipment's such Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gage Intramik, Profilometer, Pin Gages and Gage Block will be helpful for analyzing how product could be checked and to see if the required product can be checked with every critical values.
• Knowledge of Designs and Parts helps in Figuring all the Critical features in a part and assign the Critical parts for the Quality inspection for checking.
• Knowledge in Quality Control software's such as Optical Gaging Products (OGP), Co- ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and Keyence Measurement also helps assigning the critical features to adequate Quality Inspection Process.
• To see if the Assigned steps are the best steps and if the production could be improved in any other way.
• To Update the KPI logs for the Finished designed jobs, Material Purchased and the released job for Production.
• To understand the Design technologies of Different designs, tools, and principles of how these tools are working to improve and understand different and vast majoritie of Products which helps in the improvement and designing of different parts.
• To understand how a job works in different Environment, Technology, Conditions, and operations so the best steps can be implemented to achieve the best results.
