Job Description We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a front-end focus to support the design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of modern web applications in a large enterprise environment. The role emphasizes building reusable UI components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS, integrating with backend APIs, and collaborating with senior engineers to deliver high-quality features. Foundational backend exposure to Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and database querying is preferred but not primary. Responsibilities: Develop, debug, and maintain front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS. Create and maintain reusable, scalable UI components and patterns. Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences using UI/UX best practices. Collaborate with senior engineers to refine requirements, designs, and implementation approaches. Integrate front-end components with backend services, REST APIs, and data sources. Follow agile practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and code reviews. Communicate progress, blockers, risks, and questions in a timely manner. Contribute ideas that improve user experience, engineering efficiency, automation, testing, and delivery quality. Use approved AI-assisted development tools for coding, troubleshooting, test creation, documentation, and productivity. Review and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, maintainability, performance, and alignment with standards. Follow responsible AI usage practices and handle data and prompts securely. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise settings. Proficiency in front-end development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS. Experience building component-based UIs and modern web application patterns. Ability to deliver assigned tasks with guidance from senior engineers or team leads. Working knowledge of a modern programming language and database querying languages such as SQL. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility considerations. Understanding of agile methodologies and familiarity with CI/CD concepts and practices. Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and code reviews. Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and validating AI outputs. Preferred Skills: Backend exposure: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs. Database querying with SQL. Integration of front-end applications with backend APIs and services. Automated testing frameworks for front-end or full stack applications. React ecosystem tools such as Redux, Context API, Next.js. Exposure to cloud technologies and AI/ML concepts or AI-enabled engineering practices. Experience in large enterprise or financial services environments.
