Licensed Superintendents are responsible for leading our electrical teams on the job site. Superintendents have a well versed knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and a strong passion for safety, training, leadership development, and commitment to excellence. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)

Travel: 60-75%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All previous classification requirements must be continually satisfied
  • Maintains current licensing and training requirements.
  • History of managing large projects (15+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously)
  • effectively while routinely meeting and/or beating estimated job costs.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding Faith's productivity goals.
  • Familiar with Faith's estimating software.
  • Demonstrates successful and consistent usage of Faith internal resources to include, but not limited to Excellerate, Precon, APC, Productivity, Engineering, Estimating, etc.
  • Conducts jobsite safety evaluations.
  • Develops and integrates project schedule effectively with other trades.
  • Effectively communicates areas of concern/opportunity to PM in order to maintain or improve margin.
  • Effectively conducts and navigates through difficult conversations resulting in a positive outcome.
  • Has successfully developed a successor to move to the Foreman position.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
