Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Python/React Engineer to join a forward-thinking team building an AI-enriched enterprise capability map platform. This role sits at the intersection of frontend product engineering, Python-based data processing, hierarchical data modeling, and AI integration. You will help evolve a live capability map that powers chatbot experiences, roadmap insights, gap analysis, and graph-oriented knowledge outputs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and extend React experiences for capability map exploration, search, filtering, scoring, and discovery
  • Maintain Python scripts that ingest, normalize, and transform capability taxonomy data from APIs
  • Improve data-shaping and tree-building logic that powers hierarchical UI experiences and map navigation
  • Integrate evolving Knowledge Base and AI services into catalog workflows and discovery experiences
  • Validate AI-assisted code, UI generation, and data transformations with rigorous engineering standards
  • Work within a micro-frontends module architecture in a monorepo environment and integrate with Orchestrator APIs
  • Contribute to experimentation, testing, build reliability, deployment automation, and engineering best practices
Required Skills
  • Strong React 19 engineering experience with modern component patterns and asynchronous UI flows
  • Strong Python experience in data processing, scripting, automation, and API integration
  • Experience building complex interactive UIs - graph editors, workflow builders, diagramming tools, hierarchical data structures
  • Strong frontend state management skills including React Context and reducer patterns
