The Opportunity

This is a full-time position in our Atlanta, GA office. As a full-stack engineer, you will collaborate with your teammates, including other engineers, designers, and product managers, to build full end-to-end features. Our teams are data-driven and outcome-focused, built around specific short-term and long-term user goals. This allows our teams to wholly own the success of our customers.

You know how to collaborate with your team in an iterative fashion to achieve team goals quickly. You understand that sometimes the timeline is the requirement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining public and private APIs, primarily in Python + FastAPI + MongoDB
  • Creating and debugging asynchronous and/or streamed responses, especially in AI-related flows
  • Building front-end components with complex business logic, primarily in React/Typescript + Node
  • Building and maintaining integrations with other platforms and custom tools
  • Working directly with customers and the product team to improve users’ daily experience
  • Collaborating with other talented engineers, designers, and product managers to understand high-level business goals and architect engineering solutions that scale appropriately

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 2+ years of experience writing code in an object-oriented language
  • Experience with a modern web application stack e.g. Python/FastAPI, Node/Express, React/Typescript
  • Experience with API design, development, and documentation
  • Solid understanding of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
  • Experience using Cloud Providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience building applications with Docker
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitLab
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
