The Opportunity
As an ERCS Data & Tech - Forward Deployed Engineer, you will leverage advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role, you are expected to take ownership of project tasks focused on designing, building, and supporting scalable technology solutions that leverage AI capabilities. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that address challenges across multiple risk domains, including internal audit, SOX compliance, and forensics. You will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope, while taking ownership and consistently delivering quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.
Responsibilities
- Developing, testing and maintaining AI-powered full-stack applications
- Building application features across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud environments.

Integrate AI services and automation capabilities into enterprise applications and business workflows
- Collaborating with team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions and application functionality. 
- Supporting application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance using modern software engineering and DevOps practices
- Ensuring data quality, security, and compliance requirements are incorporated into application development activities

- Building and maintaining data pipelines, retrieval systems, and integrations that enable AI-powered applications to access, process, and utilize enterprise data efficiently and securely
- Applying natural language processing techniques to improve text analytics
- Participating in client support activities to address data and technology challenges
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience designing, developing, and supporting software applications, AI-powered solutions, or related technology platforms
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
- Demonstrating strong foundation in software engineering principles, application development, and system design
- Building and supporting full-stack applications using frontend and backend technologies
- Integrating AI capabilities into applications using platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Gemini, Claude, AgentSpace, and similar technologies.

- Implementing AI solutions with a focus on natural language processing
- Excelling in active listening and communication within team environments

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
