  • Use observability tooling (for example Grafana) to monitor production behavior and proactively identify issues.
  • Write automated tests across service, integration, and UI layers using tools such as xUnit, Jest, and Playwright.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and translate business goals into clear technical solutions.

  • Strong C# and ASP.NET Core Web API experience.
  • Solid object‑oriented design fundamentals and knowledge of common software design patterns.
  • Ability to work effectively across both modern and legacy .NET codebases.
  • Experience designing, building, or supporting distributed backend systems, including microservices, asynchronous workflows, message‑driven integration, and common application architecture patterns.

  • Hands‑on experience with stored procedures and execution plan analysis.

  • Experience building applications that run in cloud or containerized environments.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar deployment platforms.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments and standard Git workflows.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure services such as Key Vault, Container Registry, Blob Storage, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience deploying or supporting applications in Kubernetes‑based environments.
  • Advanced SQL Server performance tuning experience in high‑volume production systems.
