Job Summary:
This role focuses on building and maintaining sophisticated fraud detection systems. You will develop and refine rules for real-time decisioning engines, while also contributing to the backend services that power these systems. A key aspect involves leveraging AI coding tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in both rule creation and service development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize fraud rules for real-time decisioning.
  • Implement features and improvements for backend fraud prevention services.
  • Utilize AI coding tools to accelerate rule and code generation.
  • Translate policy requirements into precise, testable rule logic.
  • Manage safe production rollouts and monitor system performance.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience building and contributing to backend services.
  • Proficiency in Java and RESTful API design.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools.

Experience in the fintech or e-commerce industry, particularly with risk decisioning or trust & safety systems, is highly preferred.
