  • Learn on the job, receive training, and develop in-demand skills in a critical trade

Our Ideal Insulation Technician:

  • Experienced: Previous experience with insulation, construction, framing, drywall, or HVAC is preferred but not required.
  • Mechanically inclined: Comfortable troubleshooting and maintaining equipment is a plus.
  • Physically fit: Can lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in attics and tight spaces
  • Motivated: You like to beat your best day, learn new skills, and take on more responsibility
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.

What we offer our Insulation Technician:

  • $22+/hour, Depending on experience
  • Health Insurance
  • Paid Vacation & Holidays
  • IRA with a 3% company match
  • Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonus
  • Annual Driver's Bonus
  • Yearly Christmas Dinner
  • On-the-Job Training
  • Company Apparel
