Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, employing evidence-based diagnostic methods to formulate clinical diagnoses and comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, whether they are coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other psychiatric disorders.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, readily addressing situations where clients face acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and emotional support during critical moments.
  • Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate client care and maintain a holistic approach to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population within our community health clinic framework. Qualifications
  • Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington state.
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services.
