We are seeking an entry-level Production Cleaning Specialist to support daily maintenance and cleaning activities throughout our facility.

What You'll Work On

  • Create a spotless, safe environment by cleaning assigned areas using approved sanitation methods that help keep our facility running smoothly.

  • Play a key role in food safety by cleaning and sanitizing processing and production equipment to meet our high-quality standards.

  • Support worldclass production by ensuring all food processing equipment and areas are fully sanitized and ready for operation.

  • Use specialized tools and equipment-such as floor scrubbers and scissor lifts-to complete sanitation tasks efficiently and effectively.

  • Protect product integrity by preventing crosscontamination of materials, work-in-progress, and food contact surfaces during sanitation procedures.

  • Follow established Sanitation SOPs to ensure consistent, reliable cleaning of equipment and the facility.

  • Keep the facility operating at its best by removing trash, mopping, cleaning floor drains, and maintaining exterior areas as needed.

  • Stay organized and compliant by completing all required sanitation logs and work order documentation accurately.

  • Help maintain sanitation equipment including floor scrubbers, vacuums, tools, and other cleaning devices.

  • Support other departments when needed, provided training has been completed.

You'll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Pay and Shift
  • Hourly Rate: $21 per hour

  • Schedule: 12-hour Day Shift from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy every other weekend off with a consistent rotating schedule.

Shift Pattern:

  • Week 1: Wed & Thurs (12 hrs)

  • Week 2: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (12 hrs)

  • Week 3: Wed & Thurs (12 hrs)

  • Week 4: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (12 hrs)

This rotation provides predictable time off while maximizing full-time hours.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous cleaning experience
