Job Description

K2 Staffing is a recruiting agency that procures business-critical talent for entry level and mid level positions around a variety of industries including Customer Service, Hospitality, and Call Centers.  We help employees gain experience in positions so they can help gain skill and experience in their field. 

We have recently been hired by a corporate restaurant group that works with casual dining establishments to fill a number server, host, and assistant/shift managers across the Dallas area. 

As a restaurant server you would be one of the first points of contact with customers and the first impression of the restaurant.

Responsibilities: 

  • Welcoming diners
  • Assist the in finding their seats
  • Take and suggest drink orders
  • Memorize orders, suggest menu items, promote chef specials
  • Take to go and delivery orders over the phone
  • Deliver food
  • Check on Customers regularly
  • Bus tables as needed
  • Assist with bill payments
  • Maintain a presentable dining area
Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry
  • Previous experience working in a restaurant, minimum experience as a host or a busser
  • Ability to memorize 4+ orders 
  • Give an exceptional guest service experience
