Responsibilities
How will you make an impact?
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the leadership and operational performance of the flight crewmembers assigned to the base in areas such as safety, efficiency, dependability, quality customer service, training/qualifications and lost time
  • Interact with General Managers and other departments at the stations to resolve operational problems that affect pilot and/or base performance, including Pilot Debrief handling and delay investigations
  • Ensure crewmember compliance with FAA, Company and Flight Department Rules and Regulations and will be responsible for performance counseling and the administration of discipline and/or discharge
  • Represent the Company in his or her actions and communications with the crewmembers

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18
  • College degree or equivalent
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel to and from any country served by our flight operation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and build consensus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Will be required to work non-standard work schedules due to operation need including nights, holidays and weekends
  • Possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States
  • Current pilots are encouraged to apply, however this is not an active pilot position, and the position will be compensated in accordance with Envoy management pay practices.
