*JOB REQUIREMENTS*
* Analyze and maintain the monthly general ledger activity relating to the assigned portfolio
* Prepare and update schedules supporting G/L balances
* Prepare and update detailed schedules of fixed assets, prepare fixed assets addition/change forms and reconcile G/L balances to the balances in FAS
* Reconcile bank accounts
* Accruals, prepaids, production close out, misc. adjustments, etc.
* Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
* Complete various account reconciliations
* Analyze balance sheet account balances and changes
* Analyze various income statement accounts to identify large or unusual activity
* Complete various quarterly payroll tax reports
* Complete and file sales & use tax returns
* Review and respond to various tax notices
* Complete various monthly/quarterly/annual registrations
* Compile data needed to support internal and external reporting requirements
* Support other departments as requested
* Must have strong analytical, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills Accountability and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
