The Fire Sprinkler Service Apprentice to assist experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians with the inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems. This entry-level role is designed for individuals interested in building a career in the fire protection industry through hands-on training, classroom training and mentorship.

WHY YOU’LL DO

  • The Fire Sprinkler Service Apprentice to assist experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians with the inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems.
  • This entry-level role is designed for individuals interested in building a career in the fire protection industry through hands-on training, classroom training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with inspection, testing, and servicing of fire sprinkler systems
  • Help replace sprinkler heads, valves, gauges, and fittings
  • Support troubleshooting of system deficiencies under supervision
  • Learn to read inspection reports, basic drawings, and service documentation
  • Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, grooving, and hanging
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
  • Accurately complete service paperwork and inspection reports as trained
  • Follow all OSHA, NFPA, and company safety procedures
  • Provide professional customer service while on site

  • On-call or after-hours service is required
