Gravity Lending is expanding, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Loan Processor to join our Austin-based team. If you're looking to break into financial services, banking operations, or lending, this is a strong entry point with real growth potential.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing loan files, working with cross-functional teams, and supporting the full loan lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and process loan applications for accuracy and completeness
  • Verify income, identification, title, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain precise data entry in loan processing systems
  • Communicate with customers, lenders, and internal teams on loan status
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Manage multiple loan files in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Partner with underwriting, sales, and funding teams to meet deadlines
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding conditions and documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience in loan processing, underwriting support, or financial services
