RealINSIGHT is CW's technology firm and a leading provider of commercial real estate finance asset management software.
At RealINSIGHT, we build powerful software tools that support the commercial real estate finance and asset management industry. We're looking for a Fintech Data Integration Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and delivering high-quality data solutions in a client-focused environment. You'll collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to build, maintain, and enhance data integrations that drive our technology forward.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Design, map, and implement data integration processes using RealINSIGHT tools and client specifications.
  • Perform data transformations and validations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manipulate and analyze complex datasets using Excel and SQL.
  • Organize and transform data into clear, comprehensible formats.
  • Maintain and monitor data quality across client implementations.
  • Automate data transfer processes where applicable.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to meet deliverable timelines and resolve data-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on the design and testing of new data loading and mapping features.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of data mapping and transformation concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with large, dynamic data sets and advanced functions.
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
