Overview

We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer to join our Options Market Making technology team and help build the performance critical infrastructure that sits at the core of our trading business.
In this role, you will be part of an early effort to build our next generation of gateways, critical exchange connectivity systems that enable us to quickly price, quote, and execute in highly competitive electronic markets.
This is an opportunity to work on high-impact systems where performance, reliability, and engineering precision directly influence trading outcomes.
How you'll make an impact:

  • Design and develop performance sensitive C++ applications that connect our trading platforms to exchanges and liquidity venues
  • Engineer resilient real-time systems capable of handling massive volumes of market data and order flow
  • Collaborate directly with traders, quantitative researchers, and infrastructure engineers to improve trading performance and execution quality
  • Analyze system behavior and optimize latency, throughput, and determinism across the software stack
  • Contribute to the architecture of next-generation trading systems supporting one of the largest options market making businesses globally

What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience programming in modern C++, with a focus on writing performance critical code is required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with traders, researchers, and other developers to iterate quickly on ideas
  • Knowledge of TCP/UDP networking and/or exchange facing protocols is a plus
  • Prior experience in electronic trading or financial technology is a plus but not a requirement to be successful
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field
