Description

Financial Close & Reporting●Own and execute the full monthly close process, including preparation and posting of accruals and provisions.●Ensure accuracy and timeliness of the general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L reporting.●Prepare and submit the monthly management report to Rosti Group HQ in Sweden, including variance analysis and written commentary.●Compile the monthly site report covering financial performance, KPIs, and operational highlights with supporting analysis.●Maintain and enforce internal controls and accounting policies in compliance with Group standards.Planning & Budgeting●Lead and coordinate the annual budget process for the Germantown site, with primary activity in September and October.●Work closely with the Site General Manager and department heads to develop bottom-up budget submissions.●Prepare budget packages and presentations for submission to Group HQ.●Support rolling forecast processes and update financial projections as required.Business Partnering & Analysis●Serve as the primary Finance business partner to the Site General Manager and the site management team.●Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.●Identify cost trends, risks, and opportunities, and proactively communicate findings to leadership.●Support capital expenditure analysis, investment requests, and cost reduction initiatives.Team Management●Directly manage and support a team of 2 (1 Full-Time Senior Accountant and 1 Part-Time Accountant).●Ensure continuity of day-to-day Finance operations across the team during the interim period.●Provide on-the-job coaching and clear direction to direct reports.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $70.00/hr.
