Position Overview:

As a Channel Development Analyst, you will support business performance across the dealer network by analyzing data, developing insights, and delivering reporting that enables informed decision making. You will partner with Channel Development, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to monitor key performance indicators, improve reporting tools, and support business initiatives. In this role, you will help identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and contribute to process improvements that enhance operational performance. You will also provide analysis and recommendations that support continuous improvement and business objectives across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to influence business decisions through data-driven insights while partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business, financial, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the dealer network.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that support business objectives and decision making.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives by gathering data, monitoring progress, and providing analytical insights to stakeholders.

  • Conduct research and root cause analysis to identify business challenges and recommend practical solutions.

  • Measure and evaluate program performance and business outcomes to support continuous improvement efforts.

  • Assist with the development, implementation, and enhancement of dealer tools, resources, and reporting processes.

  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and successful execution of business initiatives.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries that communicate findings, recommendations, and key business insights to stakeholders.

  • Travel may be required, up to 20% of the time.

  • This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $83,000 to $109,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
