The Voya Investment Management Leveraged Credit Group (the "Group") is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Group manages approximately $31 billion as of December 31, 2021 in assets consisting of U.S. and European broadly syndicated senior loans, U.S. public high yield, European high yield, middle market and special situation loans, and CLO mezzanine. The Group consists of 45 investment professionals and 33 dedicated support staff. Within the Group, a specialized team structures, analyzes, and manages collateralized loan obligations (CLO) in which are housed almost $18.2 billion of the Group's assets under management
In this role, you will:
• Respond to detailed CLO investor RFP, investor inquiries and data requests.
• Create new and update existing CLO datasets for marketing materials to be distributed to potential investors and other third parties - i.e., customized data sets for marketing presentations.
• Be responsible for the aggregation of portfolio, performance and market data and updating of source data spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with the Group's CLO compliance, finance and risk team concerning cash balances, monthly reports, compliance results, etc.
• Provide administrative and technical assistance on an as needed basis.
• Complete ad hoc reports and projects as requested by the CLO portfolio managers.
• Build out Voya's agentic AI research and portfolio management platform
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent), preferably in a numerical or quantitative discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience writing scripts/queries for data processing, extraction, and reporting a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Robust analytic and quantitative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of and interest in structured finance.
• Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships with both internal and external parties.
• Ability to work independently while integrating seamlessly with the other members of the CLO Team.
• Reliable, self-starter, highly detail oriented, well organized and able to manage several priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills, and ability to work in a deadline-focused environment.
Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
