Job description

The Manufacturing Financial Analyst is responsible for providing operating management with financial analysis of daily, weekly and monthly operating results. You will have the opportunity to develop your unique skills, innovate as well as take on expanded roles to capitalize on your potential while gaining global exposure.
This position is responsible for:
  • Daily desk responsibilities including Daily PC1 reconciliation, CLS, NCT
  • AETC review and follow up and support for internal reporting
  • Overtime Reporting weekly detail and reconciliation
  • Cost Deployment responsibilities including data collection and CD development matrices
  • Logistics and energy cost deployment restrict to semi annual
  • Lead Blue Room Kaizen review with Center of Competence
  • SOX support through physical inventory reviews, monthly checklists and plant walkthroughs
  • Forecast responsibilities supporting chemical reconciliation, uniform payments and scrap shipper reconciliation
  • 9,5,5 project development support

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree
  • A general understanding of core Finance or Accounting principles
  • Willingness to grow and develop a career in Manufacturing Finance
  • The ability to learn how to budget, forecast, and report actuals through the monthly close process
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Suites

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience (including student program or internship) in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in SAP and Hyperion Essbase and knowledge of the project writing system
