Entry Level Financial Services Rep Job Description:

As a Financial Services Professional you are often the first point of contact for financial advisors who rely on you to help them serve their clients and grow their businesses. Each day, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors, helping them navigate account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests. Advisors are often working under tight deadlines, so responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are critical.

Entry Level Financial Services Rep Required Experience:

  • Must have an interest in Financial Services
  • Minimum 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Previous banking or financial services experience a plus
  • Sign on bonus available for candidates who have already obtained their SIE
