  • Partner with key stakeholders including IT and Payroll to onboard new hires and keep information up to date
  • Support processing employee changes including compensation, relocation, and manager changes
  • Provide support for managing global time off and time and attendance
  • Maintain and organize internal documentation; regularly review and update documentation to reflect changing processes
  • Manage HR team compliance efforts to ensure adherence to all federal and state labor laws
  • Assist with projects within the people team
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • Entry-level role - no prior HR experience required
  • A customer service mentality - you are focused on providing a great employee experience
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines-you are excited to work in a high growth, ambiguous environment
  • Impeccable attention to detail - you take pride in data integrity, streamlined processes, and timely responses
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
