Responsibilities:
โ€ข Greet and communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
โ€ข Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the service department.
โ€ข Retrieve and park customer vehicles.
โ€ข Wash, dry, and vacuum vehicles as needed.
โ€ข Assist technicians with moving and transporting vehicles.
โ€ข Maintain and organize service inventory, including fluids and tools.
โ€ข Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
โ€ข High School diploma or equivalent.
โ€ข Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
โ€ข Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
โ€ข Excellent customer service skills.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
โ€ข Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
โ€ข Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
