About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Production Line Worker to join our team! This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn and grow in multiple areas of production within the edibles department. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance.


Responsibilities

Depending on production needs, you may work in one or more areas.

  • Count, bag, and label finished products
  • Complete production paperwork accurately
  • Maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance
  • Fill, package, and label edible products
  • Perform visual quality control (QC) checks
  • Complete all required batch and production documentation
  • Monitor and maintain machine performance during production runs
  • Ensure finished products meet quality standards


Requirements

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Must adhere to all GMP and safety protocols
