Job Summary

Hiring immediately for Entry-Level Fabricators / Production Associates in Martinsburg, WV. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hard-working individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. No prior fabrication experience required—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate products using basic tools and equipment
• Read work orders, simple blueprints, and instructions
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow directions and work as part of a team

Requirements

• Ability to read a tape measure (REQUIRED)
• Basic familiarity with hand tools (or willingness to learn)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Preferred (Not Required)

• Manufacturing, production, or construction experience
• Mechanical aptitude

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
