  1. Must live in CT.
  2. Must have a certification, license, or degree in exercise science or related field.
  3. Must have the dexterity, strength, agility, and stamina to perform stretch therapy.

Role Description:

  • Details: Part-Time 12-30hrs; rotating Saturdays required, available shifts: 8am-2pm/2-8pm
  • Perform Stretch Therapy w/ Clients: create confidence & trust with customers, assess & identify client needs, educate clients on proper stretch technique, promote the benefit of consistency with stretching, offer professional recommendations, build authentic relationships with members
  • Contribute to Company Growth: perform sales & retention methods, market, take ownership of increasing client-base, generate leads, multiply membership base, contribute ideas for growth & retention
  • Contribute to Studio Health: adhere to company values, uphold company reputation, maintain a standard of excellence, maintain professionalism, provide quality customer servicing, ensure high client satisfaction, contribute to studio culture & team synergy, admin, operational tasks, studio cleanliness, etc
