Job Summary:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and technically-minded individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Engineer. In this role, you will learn to provide crucial pre-sales and technical support to potential and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction through online and in-person interactions. Essential Functions:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our decanter applications, engineered technologies, and services across various industries.
  • Learn to support the information flow rate process.
  • Assist in customer acquisition and customer service management activities.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining our products or services to potential and existing customers, and learn how to assess their equipment needs to determine system requirements.
  • Learn to prepare data analysis related to centrifuge separation.
  • Collaborate with experienced sales team members to understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues with installed equipment for clients.
  • Learn to recommend improved materials or machinery to customers by understanding comparison analyses on cost and production impacts.
  • Contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction through quality control in equipment sales, working alongside senior team members.
  • Travel availability - The frequency of travel and the areas you may need to visit will be dependent on your performance in the role.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in technical sales and a desire to learn about our products and industry.
  • Foundational knowledge in technical areas, particularly rotating machines, is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education/Experience:
