Grants Reporting Analyst (ACCOUNTING)

Community Bridges, Inc. (CB I) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Job Summary

The Grants Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data related to our organization's grant activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and accounting skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. 

Skills/Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of grant experience in  budgeting, financial analysis, or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles required. 
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience with federal/state grant accounting or related roles, including budget proposals preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, data management, or reporting, preferably in a grant-funded environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, data visualization software, and databases preferred.
