Job Description
Primary Job Duties:
• Making phone calls and answering questions about setting up events at locations
• Complete reservation bookings per script and booking guidelines
• Email corporate clients about setting up events at their stores
• Greeting and assisting all walk-in inquiries
• Being knowledgeable of all aspects of the event set up and answering questions accordingly
• Maintaining logs accurately
• Calling past events and trying to get them to rebook.
• Communicating with staff about special needs of clients
• Maintaining cleanliness of the event
• Understanding the cash out process and having the ability to properly cash out an event
• Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
• Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
Qualifications
Requirements:
Physical Requirements:
• Standing or sitting for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs
• Must be able to communicate with guests and communicate via email, phone, and in person with great detail and organization
Special Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Obtain training certification per company policy
