The Floral Designer is responsible for creating thoughtful, high-quality arrangements that build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business. This role is central to our brand and customer experience. Floral Designers are the heart of our creativity, combining artistry with attention to detail, efficiency, and service. Youโ€™ll work with fresh flowers to bring designs to life while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company standards and pricing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create floral designs using fresh flowers, accent materials, and vessels while meeting Dr. Delphinium design standards and cost guidelines
  • Monitor orders and confirm details to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer information
  • Follow all company policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Support and assist team members as needed throughout the day
  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance and organized workspace at all times.
