Do you love bringing events to life through flowers and design? We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Event Floral Designer to join our in-house team! This is not a freelance role—we’re looking for someone excited to be a long-term part of our growing company.
About the Role:
This position is primarily focused on designing and executing floral arrangements for weddings, mitzvahs, and special events. You’ll assist with inventory prep and breakdown, and pitch in on general event-related tasks as needed.
What You’ll Do:
Design and produce floral arrangements for events (centerpieces, bouquets, installations, etc.)
Assist in floral processing, setup, and breakdown
Maintain floral tools, vases, and related inventory
Pull and organize decor and floral inventory for upcoming events
Help load/unload event vehicles and support on-site event setup
Work closely with our event producers and warehouse team
Requirements:
Experience designing floral arrangements for weddings, mitzvahs, or large-scale events
A good eye for design and color coordination
Comfortable working on your feet and lifting/pulling materials
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Available to work flexible hours, including some weekends
Must be a team player and enjoy a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed
This is an on-site position with room for growth.
