1. Knowledge of relational databases and data architecture computer systems, including SQL
2. Knowledge of ER modelling, big data, enterprise data, and physical data models
3. Familiarity with data modelling software such as Microsoft Visio, or Erwin Data
4. Experience in designing and implementing database structures
5. Ability to create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
6. Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
7. Knowledge of industry best practices for data modelling and database design
8. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data requirements
9. Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database queries
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
11. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
