Job description

Sheridan Nissan Mitsubishi in New Castle, DE is seeking dependable and motivated Lube Technicians to join our service team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry. Our dealership is part of the Sheridan Auto Group, proudly serving Delaware since 2001. Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors or senior technicians
  • Assist in maintaining an organized and clean service area
  • Learn and follow manufacturer procedures for Nissan and Mitsubishi vehicles
  • Support the shop team and take on additional tasks as skills develop
Qualifications:
  • Prior automotive or lube technician experience preferred, but not required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
