Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

In this onsite role, you’ll support and execute established LNP and Drug Product manufacturing processes while building solid operational ownership and leadership:

  • Process Execution & Leadership: Execute established formulation unit operations (LNP and Drug Product) according to approved procedures, leading process runs once fully trained and qualified.

  • Preparation & Maintenance: Prepare essential materials, buffers, equipment, and work areas; ensure laboratory equipment is cleaned, maintained, and operated safely following 5S standards.

  • Quality & Continuous Improvement: Practice strict Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) while supporting troubleshooting, peer onboarding, and operational excellence initiatives.

  • Technical Communication: Identify and communicate equipment, process, or material issues with clear context to drive continuous improvement across the site.

What We’re Looking For

  • Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. (Entry-level grads welcome!)

  • Preferred Experience: 0–2 years in a biotech manufacturing, development, quality, or lab setting.

  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with tangential flow filtration (TFF) or bioprocess formulations is a plus.

  • Key Traits: solid written/oral communication, multitasking ability, problem-solving skills, and documentation discipline.
