Role Summary

At Rokstone Construction Risk Underwriters, we specialize in delivering innovative risk solutions for complex construction projects across the United States. As a Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting underwriting excellence by combining analytics, risk assessment, and portfolio insight to deliver profitable outcomes for the business. This role provides significant exposure to specialty construction insurance supporting multifamily housing, hospitality, student housing, senior living, mixed‑use developments, and other complex construction projects. You will work alongside experienced underwriting professionals, helping evaluate opportunities, identify emerging risks, and provide strategic recommendations that influence underwriting and portfolio management decisions.

Role Accountabilities
  • Conduct detailed analysis of underwriting submissions, portfolios, claims experience, and exposure data.
  • Support underwriters with data‑driven risk assessment and decision‑making.
  • Review loss trends, risk characteristics, and portfolio performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain analytical models and reporting tools.
  • Generate accurate indication, proposal, binder, and policy documents.
  • Monitor market and regulatory developments impacting construction insurance portfolios.
  • Assist in catastrophe exposure management and concentration analysis.
  • Present findings and recommendations to underwriting and business leaders.
  • Any additional duties as assigned.
Role Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
