Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Planner with 1+ years of experience to support scheduling, forecasting, and coordination of materials or production activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient operations by aligning supply with demand and maintaining accurate data within ERP systems. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working within a fast-paced environment. SAP experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production, supply, or demand plans to meet business needs

Utilize ERP systems (SAP preferred) to manage planning data, schedules, and inventory levels

Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure material availability

Analyze demand forecasts and adjust plans accordingly

Track order status and address delays or supply chain disruptions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, operations) to ensure alignment

Maintain accurate records of planning data, schedules, and reports

Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs
