Job Description

ย What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Conductย environmental monitoring samplingย (viable, non-viable, surface & personnel) across manufacturing and support areas
  • Performย utility samplingย on compressed gas systems (including viability, oil content, dew point, and purity)
  • Collect and testย water system samples
  • Supportย performance qualifications (PQ)ย for environmental, utility, and water system

ย Data & Quality

  • Complete accurateย data entry and reviewย in line with GMP and lab standards
  • Performย second person verification (SPV)ย when required
  • Help ensureย data integrityย across all electronic systems
  • Maintainย inspection-readinessย at all times

Lab Operations

  • Executeย routine equipment calibration, qualification, and maintenance
  • Troubleshootย lab equipment and methods as needed
  • Assist withย training team members
  • Use systems likeย GMARSย (preferred experience)

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Followย cGMP requirementsย and identify/report non-conformances
  • Recognize deviations and supportย investigations
  • Notify management when necessary based on procedures
  • Contribute toย Lean / continuous improvement initiatives

Safety & Team Culture

  • Work safely and support allย HSE goals
  • Help maintain aย safe, compliant lab environment
  • Proactively identify and share ideas to improve daily work
