Sales Engineer (Advanced Assembly Tools & Manufacturing Solutions)
Location: Remote from Dallas-Fort Worth, Tyler, Waco, College Station, Austin, & Surrounding Areas 
Salary: Base $50,000-$65,000 + Uncapped Commission + Bonus (Annual Est. $80K-$115K+) 
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401K w/ Match, PTO, $525/Month Car Allowance
Job Type: Full-Time
Typical Hours: M-F, 7:00am - 5:00pm Flexible

In this role, you will serve as a technical consultant and customer-facing manufacturing specialist, helping customers improve productivity and efficiency through advanced assembly “smart” tools and material handling solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with customers in manufacturing environments and brings either an engineering background or experience in manufacturing sales. To succeed in this role, you must be technically curious, relationship-driven, and comfortable solving real-world production challenges while supporting the sales process from discovery through implementation. Sales Engineer (Advanced Assembly Tools & Manufacturing Solutions) Responsibilities

•    Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify productivity improvements
•    Recommend advanced assembly tools, precision fastening, and material handling solutions
•    Partner with sales to support customer meetings, presentations, & make recommendations
•    Conduct equipment demonstrations for customers and end users
•    Assess existing equipment and recommend upgrades or automations
•    Configure tooling and material handling systems based on customer requirements
•    Create bills of materials (BOMs) to support customer quotes and proposals
•    Assist with the implementation, setup, and deployment of recommended solutions
•    Troubleshoot manufacturing and production challenges at customer facilities
•    Provide technical training on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices
•    Stay current on new products, manufacturing technologies, and industry trends

Sales Engineer (Advanced Assembly Tools & Manufacturing Solutions) Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering OR manufacturing sales experience is required
•    Foundational knowledge of advanced assembly tools or material handling equipment is required
•    Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills are required
•    Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory is required
