Job Description

About the Role

As a Client Advisor, you'll be a crucial link between Expert Institute and our attorney-clients, directly impacting case outcomes through expert witness selection and strategic consulting. This role combines legal analysis, client service, and project management in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Partnership

  • Lead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorneys
  • Analyze case theories and develop targeted expert witness search strategies
  • Translate complex legal needs into actionable research parameters

Project Management

  • Oversee end-to-end client engagements
  • Ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality of all deliverables

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with attorney clients
  • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the litigation process
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts highly preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of client or customer service experience required
