Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and assignments
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Skills:
- Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience with HVAC system design and installation
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems (preferred)
- Good understanding of servicing and repairing various types of HVAC equipment
