¡Estamos contratando Soldadores MIG para una oportunidad de tiempo completo con posibilidad de contratación permanente! Ya sea que tengas experiencia profesional en soldadura O que hayas terminado recientemente un programa o escuela de soldadura y estés buscando una oportunidad para comenzar tu carrera, ¡queremos conocerte!

Requisitos Clave:
  • Se prefiere experiencia previa en soldadura MIG, pero NO es requerida – ¡estamos dispuestos a capacitarte!
  • ¡Recién graduados de escuelas o programas de soldadura son bienvenidos!
  • Conocimientos básicos de soldadura y ganas de aprender
  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos, planes de proyectos y dibujos técnicos
  • Cómodo trabajando con herramientas manuales y eléctricas
  • Buena atención al detalle y a la calidad
  • Asistencia confiable y actitud positiva
  • ¡Soldadores con experiencia Y candidatos de nivel inicial son bienvenidos!

Lo Que Harás:
  • Realizar soldadura MIG en componentes de producción
  • Leer y seguir planos e instrucciones de trabajo
  • Ajustar, ensamblar y soldar componentes de acuerdo con las especificaciones
  • Inspeccionar las soldaduras terminadas para verificar su calidad y precisión
  • Utilizar herramientas manuales y eléctricas según sea necesario
  • Aprender habilidades adicionales de soldadura y fabricación en el trabajo
  • Trabajar junto a miembros experimentados del equipo mientras desarrollas tus habilidades

Turnos:
  • Horario de lunes a viernes
  • 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
  • ¡NO SE TRABAJA LOS FINES DE SEMANA!
  • Horario estable de tiempo completo

We're hiring MIG Welders for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity! Whether you have professional welding experience OR recently completed welding school and are looking for an opportunity to get your foot in the door, we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements:
  • - Previous MIG welding experience is preferred, but NOT required – willing to train!
    - Recent welding school or trade program graduates are encouraged to apply
    - Basic welding knowledge and a willingness to learn
    - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical drawings
    - Comfortable working with hand and power tools
    - Strong attention to detail and quality
    - Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
    - Experienced AND entry-level welders are encouraged to apply!

What You'll Do:
  • Perform MIG welding on production components
  • Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
  • Fit, assemble, and weld components according to specifications
  • Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
  • Use hand and power tools as needed
  • Learn additional welding and fabrication skills on the job
  • Work alongside experienced team members while developing your skills

Shifts:
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
  • NO WEEKENDS!
  • Consistent full-time schedule

Duration:
  • Temp to hire 
  • Full-time, long-term opportunity
