Roadway Construction Field Engineers / Inspectors

Posting Date - 20 Mar, 2026

Our team is looking for talented, motivated, and high-performing roadway engineers, field engineers and construction inspectors to join our expert team. Field engineers/inspectors are responsible for various types of inspections and testing including: roadway construction inspection, monitoring of roadway repairs, and materials installations in support of Briggs municipal contracts, Also, in support of Briggs construction testing division, technicians provide quality assurance for new and vertical construction projects, renovations, utility installations, and materials testing.

Required skills and responsibilities

Excellent written, oral, communicative, computer and organization skills. General knowledge of building construction and/or roadway installations is a plus. The ability to read and interpret construction drawings, and perform satisfactorily in pressurized situations. Valid MA drivers license and transportation is a must.

Related education and/or qualifications

Associates degree or bachelors degree in construction management, civil/geotechnical engineering or related disciplines is preferred. ACI, CCI, NETTCP and CWI certifications alsopreferred. Training will be provided for all available positions including entry level inspectors/technicians.
