Metal Culverts, Inc. is hiring a full-time, onsite Sales Estimator in Jefferson City, MO. This entry-level position works Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Sales Estimator supports our Inside Sales team by reviewing project information, preparing accurate quotes, and helping ensure orders move smoothly from quote to shipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in estimating, sales support, and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesReview construction plans and specifications to perform accurate quantity take-offs.Prepare estimates and quotes based on customer requirements and project specifications.Support the Inside Sales team by providing timely and accurate pricing information.Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Shipping to ensure orders are fulfilled on schedule.Identify potential production, material, or delivery issues and help resolve them proactively.Track projects from quote through shipment to help ensure a smooth customer experience.Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and project information.Provide outstanding customer service while responding to inquiries and supporting sales efforts.Required Qualifications & SkillsAssociate degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Strong customer service mindset with an aptitude for sales and relationship building.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.Experience using Adobe Acrobat.Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or similar.High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsExposure to or experience with AutoCAD.Ready to start your career as a Sales Estimator?
