Entry level position that supports operations engineering staff

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain SiteView SQL database including daily operations summaries, field estimates and equipment
  • Work with production surveillance tools to optimize operations
  • Assist with regulatory compliance
  • Compile cost analytics for lookbacks and budgeting
  • Prepare presentations for department achievements
  • Provide administrative support to engineering staff

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Working knowledge of MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Working knowledge of SQL a plus
  • Good time manager, capable of multi-tasking, must be willing to work necessary overtime as needed to meet deadline
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, process work rapidly, set priorities, work under pressure and follow through with assigned tasks with limited supervision
  • Demonstrates commitment to delivering results
  • Ability to recognize when assistance is needed and willingness to ask
  • Have an assertive personality, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills a must
